A working glossary for Marvel NFT comic rarity as this handbook uses the words—not as a licence document and not as a trading ladder.

The rarity index is the custom shelf of Site Work Hub. It is where we pin the words collectors shout across a table: common, uncommon, rare, super rare, secret-rare style, exclusive, and ultra-limited. Each word is defined here for handbook use. Marketplaces may use the same English differently; we say so when we know of a clash.

Mint size is the published or observed count of a specific cover object. A smaller mint can still look loud if the art is a famous costume beat. A larger mint can still matter to a reader who wants every cover in a wave.

Variant means a distinct cover or treatment, not automatically a thinner mint. Homage variants quote older paper layouts. Foil variants change production, not necessarily story pages.

Serial band is a way we group numbers so a club spreadsheet stays readable. Bands are filing tools. They are not grades from a paper-slab company.

Drop window is the period when a Marvel NFT comic was first offered or waitlisted. Follow-up waves get their own rows so they cannot hide inside the original date.

Burn or remaining-supply notes are dated observations. We do not treat a screenshot without a timestamp as a finished record.
